She served as Chief Marketing and Talent Officer and Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management New Markets at Credit Suisse Group AG (2013 - 2016). She was previously Chief Talent, Branding and Communications Officer (2010–2013). Prior to Credit Suisse, Ms. Thomas-Graham was managing director in the private equity group at Angelo, Gordon & Co., (2008–2010). She held several senior management positions, including senior vice president of Global Brand Development at Liz Claiborne Inc., (2005 - 2008). She was at NBC Universal/CNBC, president, CEO and chair (2001–2005), NBC Universal/CNBC, president and COO (2001), CNBC.com, president and CEO (1999–2001). Ms. Thomas-Graham began her career in 1989 at McKinsey & Company, a global consulting firm, and became the firm’s first African-American female partner in 1995.
