PATTERN is a cosmetics company that makes natural hair care products for curly and textured hair. It's products are sold online and at major retailors like Sephora, Target, Amazon, Boots and Ulta Beauty. The company focuses on healthy hair & encourages each hair texture to take up as much space as it desires.
"I wanted to create a line of products that gave our hair the support it needed to be its true self,” said Ms. Ross, on the company's website.
"So my mission being to create effective products for the curly, coily, and tight-textured community that are actually meant for us to support our hair, that it'd be a company that is centered around the celebration of Black beauty, and also that we continue to be an active space where we are sharing and seeing our beauty, our authentic beauty," she told Melody Hahm at Yahoo Finance.
