Theodore L. Parrish

Theodore L. Parrish, CFA, is a Principal and Director of Investments at The Henssler Financial Group, a financial consulting and money management firm with assets under advisement of more than $1 billion as of September 30, 2005. The firm is located in Kennesaw, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. Since joining the firm in 1995, his responsibilities include managing all research and trading activities of the firm.

In 1998, Mr. Parrish became Principal and Vice President of Portfolio Management for Henssler Asset Management, LLC, a financial consulting and money management firm and adviser to The Henssler Equity Fund. Henssler Asset Management, LLC is a member of The Henssler Financial Group.

Mr. Parrish, handpicked by Gene Henssler, Ph.D., for his keen instincts and analytical skills, worked directly with Dr. Henssler on the team that created The Henssler Equity Fund (HEQFX) that was introduced to the marketplace in June 1998. As Co-Portfolio Manager of The Henssler Equity Fund since its inception, Mr. Parrish continues to oversee all trading and research activities for HEQFX.

Drawing on his expertise in the market, Mr. Parrish frequently co-hosts “Money Talks” with Dr. Henssler, an investment advice talk radio show on GST 640 AM in Atlanta. He has been extensively interviewed in Investor’s Business Daily, The Wall Street Journal, Investment News, Black Enterprise Magazine, CNNMoney.com, CBSMarketWatch, NewsDay, Bloomberg Markets, Standard & Poor’s and numerous other mainstream publications and web sites. In addition, Mr. Parrish is a frequent guest on all of the major network affiliate TV stations in Atlanta, as well as nationally on CNBC, Fox News and Bloomberg Television.

In demand for his knowledge of investment strategy and the market, he conducts investment seminars for the firm. He also has been invited as a guest speaker for investment groups and student groups at local colleges.

Mr. Parrish received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from Kennesaw State University. He holds the Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 registrations and is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Parrish is a member of the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts, a member of the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP) and an affiliate of the Association for Investment Management and Research.
