Ryan Wilson is CEO and Co-founder of The Gathering Spot Holdings, a members only private club with locations in Atlanta, Washington, DC, and LA coming soon. In this role he is responsible for the club's overall management and strategic vision. He is also CEO of A3C Festival & Conference.

A lawyer by training, Wilson founded the company with his co-founder, TK Petersen, after identifying the need for a space for professionals of all backgrounds to have a private membership experience that spoke to their business and social interests.

Board and Advisor Roles, Philanthropy, Community Service and Memberships

Mr. Wilson is an active participant in several Atlanta civic and community organizations. He is a Board Member of Peace Preparatory Academy, a neighborhood school and community resource center in Atlanta, GA. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Hands On Atlanta, a non-profit organization which connects changemakers to nonprofits and schools in need, while engaging socially responsible companies to help make a difference in our community. He is a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the 100 Black Men and the Atlanta Rotary Club and serves as Co-Chair for the Black Men Count Initiative of Fair Count.

Mr. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degrees from Georgetown University.
