  Ms. Alford has over a decade at Paypal and has held numerous senior leadership roles including, Senior Vice President of Core Marketsshe responsible for PayPal’s commercial teams in the company’s largest and most established markets, including North America, UK, Germany and Australia, as well as their global sales operations and merchant support teams.; Senior Vice President of People Operations; Chief Operating officer for Asia Pacific Region and Global Cross Border Trade; and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Americas Region.

  Prior to joining PayPal in 2011, Ms. Alford worked at Rent.com, a national internet real estate listing service and former subsidiary of eBay Inc., where she served in positions of increasing responsibility, including President, General Manager and Chief Financial Officer.

• Marketplace Controller, eBay Inc.

  Ms. Alford spent three years at eBay where she built the Marketplace Controller's Group, which was the first Business Unit Controller group within eBay. Responsible for accuracy of financials for eBay Marketplaces business unit, which included all US and International categories and functional areas. Coordinated between Corporate Accounting, F,P&A and Acccounting Policy to ensure adequate financial controls were in place to ensure financial accuracy. She started at eBay as a Sr. Mgr. member of, in September 2002, then in October 2003, was promoted to lead a 7 person consulting group within eBay Corporate, responsible for SEC reporting (10-K's, 10-Q's, Annual Reports, Earnings Releases), financial diligence on Acquistions and Divestitures and financial consulting to business partners on contracts.

  Ms. Alford spent nine almost a decade at Arthur Andersen as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She managed teams of auditors and business consultants in developing project and implementing plans for clients. Provided Auditing, Business Consulting and Financial Due Diligence services in several industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, technology, internet, government and education.
