Olushola Medupin is the co-founder and managing partner of the popular Nigerian restaurant chain, Enish Nigerian Restaurant, based in London, United Kingdom. Enish offers authentic Nigerian dishes in a cozy and friendly atmosphere. It is one of the largest black and largest African owned  restaurant chains in the world, with lacations in the UK, US, and Dubai. Mr. Medupin started Enish in 2017 after noticing a gap in the market for high-quality Nigerian food. His experience growing up in a restaurant run by his mother and grandparents provided a solid foundation for him in the food business. Mr. Medupin oversees the operations and marketing of Enish, and is always looking for new ways to improve the customer experience and expand the brand. He is also a mentor and advocate for young entrepreneurs, especially those from ethnic minority backgrounds. Mr. Medupin believes that food is a powerful way to connect people and celebrate diversity, and he hopes that Enish will inspire more people to discover and enjoy Nigerian cuisine.
