Kevin Dallas

Kevin Dallas is Corporate Vice President, Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Cloud Business Development, Microsoft. 

He was previously General Manager, Windows IoT Group. As GM of the Windows IoT Group, Dallas is responsible for Microsoft's device software + m2m services offering for the Internet-of-Things (IoT) and the new category of Intelligent Systems (IS). As one of the growth engines for Microsoft the product group has secured a leadership position across industries that include: Automotive, Retail, Industrial Automation, Medical, Energy, Banking, and the Public Sector.

Mr. Dallas was previously general manager of Windows Embedded at Microsoft Corp., overseeing the strategy, product development and marketing of the software and services offerings for intelligent systems. The mission of the business group is to realize the “Internet of Things” by extending Windows and the cloud to the world of intelligent systems for business customers across automotive, retail, medical, industrial automation, banking and energy industries. 

Since joining Microsoft in 1995, Mr. Dallas has served as general manager of the Windows Phone Division and product management director for Windows.

Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Dallas worked for NVIDIA Corp. and National Semiconductor Corp. (now Texas Instruments Inc.) in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East in roles that included microprocessor design, systems engineering, product management and product unit management.

Mr. Dallas holds an Executive M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Staffordshire University, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England.
