Jerome Miller is the Chief People Officer of Kumho Tire Georgia. Advising with the senior management and employees at all levels to design, develop and implement a Human Resource Strategic Plan to enable the business to meet and exceed business objectives.

Work Experience

Mr. Miller joined TIAA-CREF after retiring from Toyota Motor Sales, Inc., in January 2012, as a Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, to develop and lead a successful diversity and inclusion strategy that was part of the overall business strategy. 

He spent 6 years as  vice president of diversity and inclusion for Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc.

Prior to joining Toyota, Miller served as vice president of global diversity and community affairs for Delta Air Lines, president of The Delta Air Lines Foundation, vice president and chief diversity officer of the InterContinental Hotels Group, and in various positions at The Coca-Cola Company.

Mr. Miller is an active member of the National Black MBA Association; National Urban League, Southern Christian Leadership Conference, Future Farmers of America and others.

•  Jerome has been featured in many publications including Ebony, Atlanta Tribune and Who’s Who.

Education

Mr. Miller earned an MBA at Atlanta University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Savannah State College.
