🇯🇲 🇨🇦 Denise Jones was named one of the Toronto Star's "People With Clout" in the Entertainment Industry and the company has earned Gold and Platinum Records for its independent music and entertainment marketing as well as JUNO Awards for contribution to the Canadian Music and Entertainment Industries. Denise received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Urban Music Association of Canada, for her contribution to the development of the Canadian music industry and most recently a Harry Jerome Award for Excellence in Entertainment.
Jones & Jones’ Marketing and Promotion services have been engaged for some of Canada’s largest events including Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival Toronto, CHIN Picnic and It’s Your Festival in Hamilton. Denise is an engaging speaker and an entertaining event host. Passionate about taking events and branding objectives to the next level, creativity and energy drive Denise’s marketing and event design.
She is founding Chair of the Reggae Category of the JUNO Awards and has served as VP Education and VP Marketing of CanSPEP - Canadian Association Of Special Event Planners. Currently, Denise is a member of the Brampton Board of Trade, BBOT and served on the Board of Directors for two terms. Denise has been involved with the BBOT Ladies on the Links golf tournament, sits on the Membership and Diversity committee. Denise is also a member of Jamaica Diaspora Canada Foundation and sits on the board of Helping Hands Jamaica Foundation of Canada.
