David Rawlinson II assumed the position of President and CEO of Qurate Retail, Inc. on October 1, 2021. In this role, he leads a portfolio of six established retail brands: QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill®, and Grandin Road®, collectively referred to as Qurate Retail GroupSM.

Qurate Retail Group is a prominent player in video commerce ("vCommerce"), encompassing video-driven shopping across various platforms, including linear TV, ecommerce websites, digital streaming, and social media. In 2022, the company reported approximately $12 billion in revenue, serving over 18 million customers across seven countries, with a global workforce numbering in the thousands. Qurate Retail reaches more than 200 million households worldwide through 14 television channels, available on cable/satellite TV, free over-the-air TV, and digital livestreaming TV. Additionally, it engages millions of customers through its QVC+ and HSN+ streaming experiences, websites, mobile apps, social media platforms, print catalogs, and in-store locations. Mr. Rawlinson's career includes his prior role as President and CEO-Elect of Qurate Retail, Inc. from August 1 to September 30, 2021. Before joining Qurate Retail, he served as the CEO of NielsenIQ, guiding the company through a transition in ownership. Mr. Rawlinson also held the position of President of Grainger Global Online, a division of W.W. Grainger, Inc. (NYSE: GWW), achieving consistent double-digit growth and receiving recognition for workplace culture. He has held executive roles at ITT Exelis, formerly ITT Corp., and served as a White House Fellow during the administrations of President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama, including a role as a Senior Advisor for Economic Policy within the White House National Economic Council during the Obama Administration.

Mr. Rawlinson is actively involved in corporate governance, serving on the boards of directors for Qurate Retail, Inc., Discover Financial Services (NYSE: DFS), NielsenIQ, and the National Retail Federation. He previously served on the board of MonotaRO Co. Ltd., a Japanese e-commerce and industrial retail firm, and Nielsen Holdings (NYSE: NLSN).

Mr. Rawlinson's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law and is a graduate of The Citadel.
