Courtney I. Williams

Courtney Williams is Co-Founder & CEO of Torsh Inc. an education technology startup. Prior to Torsh Inc., Mr. Williams was Co- Founder & Revenue Officer at Adility LLC, a white labelled local deals/coupons aggregator and SVP, Development & Strategy for Interactive One, heading all business and corporate development activities for Interactive One.

Prior to his role at Interactive One, Mr. Williams was President & CEO of Icilus Enterprises, LLC an investment and consulting business which invested in, and provided consulting services to, early stage companies in media, telecom and entertainment.

Mr. Williams also served in several senior executive roles at America Online, Inc. including VP, Business & Strategic Development, AOL Europe, and VP, Business Development, AOL Inc. Before joining AOL, Mr. Williams was an Associate in the New York City offices of the Los Angeles based entertainment law firm Loeb & Loeb LLP.

Mr. Williams is an active member of his community and was most recently a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami from 2004 until 2007. He is also Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Impact Circle, BBBS' young professionals group. Mr. Williams has also been a volunteer for Camillus House, a community based organization which helps recently incarcerated and indigent individuals and families.

Mr. Williams is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law where he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence and of Oberlin College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with Honors.
