Sean John is partnering with cosmetic giant Estee Lauder to launch a men's fragrance in fall 2005.

New York Daily News reports that the clothing label owned by Hip hop mogul Sean "P.Diddy" Combs was approached by the make-up company about the deal. Sean John will invest no money in the venture. Estee Lauder's MAC cosmetics division is developing the fragrance with the Sean John team. Estee Lauder is expecting global sales of more than $100 million for the fragrance.

Combs' whose privately held clothing company has $400 million in annual sales has also launched a joint venture with women's designer Zac Posen, whose designs are favored by young socialites. Sean John will also be launching a women's clothing line next year.
