Created by BlackEntrepreneurProfiles.com

Kimora Lee Simmons has announced via Twitter that she would leave Phat Fashions, which includes the Baby Phat and Phat Farm labels effective September 1, 2010. It appears that a riff has developed between Kimora and her soon-to-be former business partners at Kellwood, the owners of Phat Fashions.

Phat Farm yes. All of Phat Fashions. Not Kouture!--->RT @KentWijaya: @OfficialKimora Are you leaving Phat Farm n Kouture by Kimora too!? :(

Phat Fashions and all of its brands and licenses were sold to Kellwood in 2004 with Kimora serving as president and creative director.

Kimora will continue designing her other three fashion lines, including KLS, Kouture by Kimora, and Fabulosity, her JCPenney juniors' line. She also still has her own reality show, fragrances, and lots of other things to come.
