Jay Z set to launch men's formal clothing line

Created by BlackEntrepreneurProfiles.com

Hip Hop entrepreneur Shawn "Jay Z" Carter will soon launch a new mens formal wear line. The S. Carter fashion line will be aimed at a more mature man who still listens to hip hop. "The kids are going to do what they're going to do. I'm going for the guys who came up like I came up - who are still listening to hip-hop and wearing pants sagging off their butt," Said Jay.

In one song on his last album Jays says "I don't wear jerseys, I'm 30 plus." It is only logical that as rappers like Jay Z age they change their styles to reflect their maturity.

Since breaking away from Damon Dash, Jay Z has been making a name for himself as a businessman. He is currently the CEO of Def Jam Records, part owner of the New Jersey Nets and owner of the 40/40 Club. Jay is keen to make a move back into clothes and wants to refine urban fashion according to his partner Steve Stoute.
