Apple Opens Opéra, It's Second Store In Paris.

Apple Inc., continues to push it's store design into new directions with the opening of Opéra, it's second Paris, France retail location. Apple's retail designers have taken a classic Paris building and transformed it into a modern electronic retailing space while preserving the historic architecture of the building and neighborhood.

The location has been under construction for well over a year, due to the need to preserve and restore the historic architecture of the old bank, such as wooden doors, arched windows and wrought-iron balcony railings on the exterior.

Situated facing the famous Opera de Paris, the Apple Opéra Store still has the mosaic tile floor, marble columns and other features that make it decidedly "French."
